Senior All Night Party Tickets

Tickets are $90 from April 7 through June 9th 

Tickets will NOT be sold at the door

 Ticket purchase & waiver is a 3-step process:
 

Step 1: Registration


Step 2: Payment

  • VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE INCLUDE the SENIORS FULL NAME in the BUSINESS NAME field on the checkout page (we are unable to customize the name of this field)!!!  Pay with Clover Payment Portal 

  • Clover is a PNC Bank payment portal and is the BEST way to pay so PLEASE consider using it to make life easier for the parent volunteers! There is a $3 convenience fee to cover our cost of using the portal.

OR

  • If you must pay with cash or a check (payable to FHS SANP ) please contact sanpfhs@gmail.com to make arrangements for payment. 

Step 3: Liability Waiver

  • Complete and sign this Zap Zone liability waiver

    • ​This form is fillable and can be signed electronically if you have that capability. Once complete, email the completed form to sanpfhs@gmail.com

    • If you can't sign electronically, print the form, complete it, sign it, and then scan and email a copy/photo of the form to sanpfhs@gmail.com

    • If you are paying with cash or check, you can also include the liability form with your payment.
       

 Ticket purchase is not complete until

ALL steps are done.
